Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the last item of your order. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at: Melaycaswim@gmail.com with a clear statement that you would like to return your order. You will then receive directions on where to ship the item you would like to return. 

Refunds

Once we've received your returned item, we'll process your refund:

• The full purchase amount, and
• the standard shipping cost you originally paid.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

please note that extra delivery options (e.g. Express Shipping, Priority Delivery) are non-refundable. 

Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. 

Returned items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed and in original condition,
• Have all tags and hygiene seals still attached and intact.
  

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms or one-pieces where the protective hygiene liner has been removed. 

Store Credit Option

If you prefer, you can choose to receive your refund as Store Credit instead of money back. As a thank-you we'll add a +10% bonus to your credit balance.

Just let us know when you contact us for your return.

Important Notes:

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse items returned without or damaged hygiene liners, signs of wear or wash or damage.
